Most of the orders that are placed before 1 PM are dispatched and shipped the same day. The orders placed post that is scheduled for next day shipment. The same effort is applied throughout the week including weekdays and sometimes weekends and public holidays as well. We facilitate local pickup (self-pickup for the local customers) on the weekdays and partially on weekends also.

All electronic items are imported, therefore, they do not come with a warranty or guarantee. Rest assured, We meticulously inspect each product before dispatch. In the rare event of any defects, replacements will be provided after a thorough examination.
This item is covered with a standard warranty of 15 days from the time of delivery against manufacturing defects only. This warranty is given for the benefit of Ercoms customers from any kind of manufacturing defects. Â Reimbursement or replacement will be done against manufacturing defects only.
What voids warranty:
If the product is subject to misuse, tampering, static discharge, accident, water or fire damage, use of chemicals & soldered or altered in any way.
